Slots - Pharaoh's Way troubleshooting:

  • When will the next game be available?
    • We release new slots approximately every 2 weeks.
  • When will the "Journey to the West" be available OR how do I enter the boat?
    • The new world (to the west, after the boat) is already available. Please start the App store and look for the update!
  • Why can't I play the level 80 slot (or higher)?
    • The slot is not implemented yet! It will be available with the next update!
  • The app is stuck OR sound effects are not working OR help/disclaimer text stuck:
    • Do NOT delete the game! Instead:
    • Double press the home button (circular button below the screen) to open up the multi-tasking bar on the bottom of the screen
    • Scroll the multi-tasking bar until you see the Slots - Pharaoh's Way icon. Tap and hold it, it should start shaking and a (-) button should show on the top right corner.
    • Tap the (-) button on the Slots - Pharaoh's Way icon to close the app.
    • Press the home button again and launch Slots - Pharaoh's Way.
  • The app is shaky, has unstable performance OR app does not start:
    • Do NOT delete the game! Instead:
    • Perform a hard reset. This will help with most demanding apps that start to behave strange!
    • Here is a detailed description of the reset. It is very easy: click here!
    • This works for iPad/iPhone/iPod.
    • No data will be erased or modified because of the reset! This is a safe procedure!
  • I cannot purchase credits/App asks you to contact iTunes support:
  • Is this app really free?
    • Yes. This app is free to download and play! Also all updates will always be free! Slots - Pharaoh's Way uses a virtual currency called "credits" to play the slots.
    • You get free credits every 4 hours (or after 4 hours when you pick it up).
    • For people who like to wager really high/play faster there is the possibility to buy credits for real money. You need a credit card or iTunes (gift) card to do this!
    • This modell is called "Free to play". You can play for free, but you can also invest some money if you want a more intensive experience. More about Free to play: click here!
  • Can I play against my friends in Facebook OR is the app available on Android/Facebook OR can I sync my score between 2 or more devices?
    • At the moment, playing against your Facebook friends is not possible. But we are working on a solution.
    • The app is not avaiable for Android/Facebook at the moment. But we are working on it.
    • Syncing of 2 or more devices is not possible at the moment. But we are working on it.
  • My Game Center stats are not correct! What are you going to do against Game Center cheaters?
    • Game Center is controlled and maintained by Apple. It is a great way to compare scores and compete with your friends. But because it is completely controlled by Apple, we cannot influence what is happening there.
    • As for your stats: Just make sure that you are logged into Game Center and that you are online. There is not much more we or you can do.
    • As for the cheaters: We cannot do much about that at the moment. Sorry!
  • I cannot collect my free (4 hour) bonus:
    • Please make sure you have the latest version installed. If you are not sure, please go to the App store and see if there is an update available.
    • While you do not need to be online for the game, it might help that you are online if you have troubles with the free bonus.
    • Collect might might not work if you have tempered with the time settings. It will also not work if you have jailbroken your device!
  • I bought credits during a promotion (e.g. Vacation Sensation) but did not receive the promotional amount but only the regular amount of credits:
    • If this has happened to you, please send the purchase receipt you got from Apple together with an explanation of what happended to support@cervomedia.com
  • I have been been mischarged / charged twice:
    • All charges are made by iTunes/Apple and the credit card or iTunes card that is assigned to your iTunes account. We or our app has no access to your account, payments, purchase receipts or any other purchase details! Again, if you purchase something, you are charged by Apple, not us.
    • If you feel that there is/was a mistake, please contact iTunes: click here!
    • You can also request a refund. Here is how to: click here!
    • Please note: Because Apple, not we, is charging you, we cannot grant any refunds directly. Instead you have to request the refund (like explained in the link above).
    • Happy customers are our main goal! While we cannot influece the refunding-process, we can help you out with the game. If you have been mischarged, please send an email with the according purchase receipts to support@cervomedia.com and tell us what happened!
  • There is something wrong with my credit meter / diamond counter:
    • If your credit meter shows an incorrect number: Please contact our technical support. You can find the email address below!
    • If the levels number says -Max-: Congratulations! You are one of the elite players who have maxed out the levels of the current version of Slots - Pharaoh's Way! You are awesome!
